Youth 2 Hour Pop Up Aerial Yoga
Nov. 16th 11:30am-1:30pm

Aerial Youth Yoga pop up will use dynamic movement and suspension to experience a unique activity for play based learning and creative confidence building. This class will also include breath work and seated stillness to help relieve any tension and practice relaxation. No experience necessary.
Snack included for mid day fuel

Beyond the Chair Yoga
Tuesday’s 11am

This 60 minute class will explore how to improve balance and strengthen your bones. This is for beginners and/or those wishing to deepen connection to their breath and body. Have some fun and continue the learning with our “NEW” beyond-the-chair yoga. This class will take a strength based approach to create safe and supportive experience.
All Levels welcome!
MM Mini Workshop Reflexology for Adrenals
Tuesday Nov. 18th 1pm

30 Minute demonstration on how reflexology points for the adrenal glands help support the body’s stress response by promoting relaxation and restoring balance to the endocrine system.
Gentle pressure on these points can encourage healthy adrenal function, reduce fatigue, and support recovery from stress and burnout.
Hosted by Kym, Led by Julie Magee- RCRT (Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist) with 28 years experience in the field. Trained and registered with the Reflexology Association of Canada. Sessions with Julie can be covered by insurance (Check your policy). 🦶
Mystical Sound Waves

A meditative experience that uses the healing vibrations of instruments such as drums, crystal bowls, and chimes to guide you into deep relaxation and inner awareness. Inspired by shamanic traditions, this journey invites you to release tension, restore energetic balance, and reconnect with your higher self through the power of sound and intention.
