At Mindful Movements we are pleased to offer a variety of programs, workshops and events suitable for adults, teens and kids too! If you are interested in Yoga, Fitness and a fun and healthy Lifestyle be sure to check out our workshops. From beginners to advanced we promote programs for all ages and skill levels.
Men’s Beginner Yoga
Tuesdays 3:45- 4:45pm
An introduction to movement, stretch and stillness. We will explore the various styles of yoga and create an accessible inclusive practice to suit all bodies. A relaxing way to regulate the nervous system and find more comfort in our bodies as we strengthen through functional movement.

Acro + Aerial Yoga 9+ years
There is a NEW and exciting addition to our popular Aerial Yoga. Acro Yoga will now be included in this program to help build strength, mobility, balance and flexibility. This practice will also include breath work and meditation to help relieve any tension. A fun night of learning awesome skills with new friends. No experience necessary.

Dry Land Training for Youth/ Teens
This session will build strength, speed, agility, balance and confidence for your athlete. Our unique drills and skills development will maximize strength through mobility and will conclude with MFR and flexibility, each individually designed for your athlete. Limited space.
12 Weeks Mondays 4:15- 5:15pm
